We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior/Mid-Senior Angular JavaScript Developer to join our growing team. He will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using Angular. The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting reported issues while working closely with the current support department and local leadership.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
- Knowledge of SQL to develop queries
- +5 year of experience working in IT industry providing application support.
- Intermediate level in oral English able to understand a full phone conversation with one or more native speakers
- Ability to communicate well and willingness to create/update documentation of issues
- Good troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with using browser developer tools like Chrome or Firefox for troubleshooting is required.
- Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows environments
- Knowledge of basic web technologies such as HTTP requests (GET, POST), and data formats (XML, JSON) is essential.
- Familiarity with Java or C# languages, to navigate through the code if needed.
