Phillips Corporation, is looking for our next Virtuoso Senior Maintenance Engineers within our Eastern Territory.

In this role, you will be creating legendary value to our customers through service by being the world’s best and most knowledgeable service engineer in the industry with the desire to continually learn each and every day.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $90,000.00 and $120,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities. Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC maintenance and repair on a variety of brands and types of machinery
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
  • Above average mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and components
  • Basic CNC programming and operation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to travel throughout the southeastern US on a weekly basis 100% of the time
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Provide world class customer service through solution driven service and building lasting relationships with our customers
  • Seeking out and effectively eliminating roadblocks for our customers, in turn ensuring lasting long term partnerships and ensuring future work for Phillips
  • Working closely with your team to share knowledge and brainstorm ideas, researching in advance and striving to never visit the customer more than once for the same issue.
  • Good planning skills, time management and deadline driven regarding expense claims, service requests and monthly admin
