Degree in medical or healthcare-related field preferred, 2+ years experience in Healthcare/Medical Management or Remote Management, live channel accounts/campaigns management, and Workforce Management.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage and lead virtual assistants team, oversee daily planning, and problem-solving for Medical Client-VA pairs, working with clients to enhance productivity and business growth. Oversee Client-VA management and handle high-level escalations and negotiations.
- Formulate scorecards based on client KPIs, manage relationships with clients and vendors, and apply WFM principles to generate reports and analyze forecasting needs.
