Location Details: Romania, Remote

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Join GoDaddy's in-house SEM Team as a Senior SEM Specialist in an end-to-end strategic and operational management role by generating traffic, acquiring new customers, and improving revenue for the largest marketing channel at GoDaddy. You will work closely with different teams to build and implement paid search strategies. Your expertise in data-driven perspective will play a critical role in calculating SEM campaign efficiency and implementing strategic suggestions. You will be handling campaigns, which involve enhancing keywords, crafting copy, and improving bid strategies and segmentation to ensure successful outcomes.

You will measure campaign performance, analyze insights, improve performance, and achieve prime results. Additionally, we provide recommendations based on data to keep GoDaddy at the forefront of the industry. To succeed in this position, effective communication skills are key in facilitating teamwork among teams at GoDaddy. Demonstrating expertise for Paid Search accounts showcases your ability to handle intricate campaigns and deliver exceptional outcomes.

  • Partner with teams across GoDaddy to develop and implement go-to-market paid search plans
  • Apply data-driven methodologies to identify SEM performance and implement strategic recommendations
  • Lead campaign management including keyword expansion, copywriting, bid strategies, and segmentation
  • Measure the performance, identify trends of campaigns, and optimize performance based on insights
  • Recommend strategies based on market dynamics and competition
  • Conduct A/B test experiments to improve bidding, copy, and landing page strategies
  • Support automation adoption and drive innovation

Your experience should include...

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • 3+ years’ experience in Paid Search roles
  • Experience in handling high-budget accounts
  • Experience with data analysis in Excel
  • Proficiency in campaign analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics & Tableau
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Jira and Workfront

  • Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Understanding of Organic Search Engine Optimization strategies
