To join our Atlantic Isolated/Remote Communities Energy Efficiency Programs team as a Program Analyst. This is a logistical role with a heavy focus on administrative duties. The successful candidate will be a detail oriented, positive problem solver.

  • Manage Product Logistics: Oversee product ordering, shipping, and storage for remote communities, ensuring timely delivery to Labrador.

  • Coordinate Subcontractor Schedules: Plan and manage subcontractor travel and work schedules, ensuring smooth project execution.

  • Administrative Support: Handle file management, application review, and outreach to support customers and stakeholders.

  • Leverage Regional Experience: Utilize knowledge of Newfoundland and Labrador's socioeconomic and labour conditions, with experience in remote Indigenous communities a plus.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across Atlantic and Northern Canada, facilitating discussions, meetings, and presentations.

  • Program Coordination: Manage energy efficiency programs for remote customers, considering geographical and cultural factors.

  • Independent and Team Collaboration: Work independently and with internal teams to ensure program success.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 2-3 years in energy efficiency programs or related fields

  • Experience in energy auditing or building inspection

  • Excellent communication skils

  • Knowledge of energy systems, technologies, and professionals

  • Experience with skilled-trades contractors

  • Experience with federal, provincial, municipal, and Indigenous governments and organizations

  • Post-secondary education in Civil/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Sustainability, Energy Management, or Indigenous Studies

  • Experience as a member of an Indigenous community in Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut, or Atlantic regions

  • Experience working with Indigenous communities in Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, or Atlantic regions

  • Experience supporting Indigenous-led energy or nation-building initiatives
