This is a qualified retirement plan that is separate from your 401k and consists only of Henny Penny shares that will be paid out when you retire (or when you leave the company, but we hope you’ll stay)

  • Annual company performance bonus in addition to base salary

  • Defined career paths so you’ll always know what’s next and what steps can get where you want to go

  • Professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement and unlimited free access to LinkedIn Learning courses

  • A competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and paid holidays

  • Expanded onsite wellness clinic offering preventive care services such as wellness screenings, annual physicals, and related lab work at no cost to employee-owners

  • Achieve total well-being at our new Wellspring and Owners Hall facility, featuring 24/7 fitness center with a wide variety of cardio and strength training equipment. This facility reflects our continuous evolution in supporting our valued employee owners.

  • Activities including department outings, holiday parties, and our annual company-wide Thanksgiving Dinner.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide direct support to the CPO and HR Department, managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling sensitive information

  • Create and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for executive-level communications

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and process expenses for executive team members

  • Prepare, draft, format, and edit documents, reports, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Manage and respond to inquiries, escalating issues to appropriate levels for resolution

  • Coordinate with other managers and administrative roles to ensure efficient workflow and optimized administrative processes

  • Prepare agendas, record and distribute minutes for meetings

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment

  • Consistently demonstrate company values and expected behaviors

What We're Looking For:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
