The Clinical Application Specialist, Latin America for Radiometer is responsible for providing technical and application sales support for Radiometer products and software, planning and delivering personal and online training sessions with end customers and sales representatives, and  supporting customers, Sales Specialists, and agents in all facets of their selling activities in Brazil.

 

This position is part of the commercial LATAM team, which is part of the High Growth Markets (HGM) Region in Sao Paulo, Brazil and will be fully remote. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

 

You will be a part of the LATAM Team and report to the Regional General Manager responsible for leading the commercial strategy in the Radiometer Latin America Region in collaboration with Danaher Latin America. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver impactful education and training to our clients regarding the correct use, specifications, and clinical applications of Radiometer products.
  • Resolve specific challenges related to verification and accreditation of analytical quality.
  • Recommend improvements towards our client’s processes through sharing and continuously building knowledge of international and local standards.
  • Support growth objectives and strategy through market analysis (including voice of customer and technological surveillance of the competition), planning activities to support the launch of new products and solutions, and managing promotional activities and marketing actions.

 

 

The essential requirements of the job include:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a science discipline
  • Experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics/ Medical Device Industry working with Lab Providers and Hospital Groups in Brazil
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and organizations with interdisciplinary participation, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Experienced IT user with solid knowledge of MS CRM, MS Outlook, as well as Fluent (verbal and written) in Portuguese (primary), English and Spanish
  • Availability of international trips up to 50 days per year within the region, flexible schedule

 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Understanding of Accreditation Scheme for Conformity Assessment and ISO/FDA requirements
  • Experience with IT installations within networks
