OPSWAT. Protecting the World’s Critical Infrastructure

The Position

We are seeking a skilled and driven outbound Senior Product Manager to take the OPSWAT Email Security product line to new heights within our broader portfolio of security solutions. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Inbound Product Manager and Product leadership, focusing on ensuring that our Email Security solutions align with market needs and deliver value to customers. You will collaborate closely with multiple engineering teams, as well as creative teams, driving the vision and execution of our go-to-market strategies, and ensuring that our on-premises and cloud-based email security solutions achieve successful market penetration and customer adoption.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Customer Engagement: You will own the go-to-market strategy for OPSWAT Email Security products within the context of our larger security portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Market Insights and Positioning: Engage directly with customers, sales, and marketing teams to understand market needs, competitive landscape, and customer challenges, translating these insights into product positioning and messaging that is consistent across our portfolio.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales tools, collateral, and training that effectively communicate the value of OPSWAT Email Security products within our broader suite of security solutions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with the Inbound Product Manager, marketing, and sales to ensure successful market penetration and customer adoption, while ensuring alignment across our portfolio, especially with cloud integrations.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work tightly with creative teams to enable the creation of compelling messaging and collateral that drives adoption and enhances the market presence of our Email Security offerings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, channel partners, and technology partners, to drive product success in the market and ensure portfolio coherence both technically as well as narrative wise.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Inbound Product Manager and multiple engineering teams to drive the vision and execution of our go-to-market strategies, ensuring that the product meets both market and technical expectations.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer in the organization, advocating for customer needs in product decisions and ensuring our solutions address the most pressing challenges in email security, while maintaining alignment with the broader portfolio strategy.

What We Need from You

  • Market Expertise: In-depth understanding of the email security market, customer challenges, and competitive landscape, with the ability to translate this knowledge into effective go-to-market strategies across a portfolio of products.
  • Azure Cloud and marketplace Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure cloud services and the ability to position cloud-based email security solutions effectively in the market as part of a larger product suite.
  • Experienced Outbound Product Manager: 10+ years of experience in product management with a focus on customer engagement, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution, ideally within the cybersecurity or IT security sectors, and within a multi-product portfolio.
  • Empathy for Customers: Strong ability to understand customer needs, advocate for them within the organization, and translate these needs into compelling product messaging and positioning that is consistent across the portfolio.
  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work across sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication of product value within the context of a broader product suite.
  • Creative Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with creative teams to develop effective messaging and collateral that enhances product adoption and market presence.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and market success in a competitive landscape, while ensuring alignment with the overall portfolio strategy.
  • Collaboration with Engineering and Product Teams: Strong capability to work hand-in-hand with the Inbound Product Manager and engineering teams, ensuring that product execution aligns with market needs and technical feasibility.
