Requirements

Summary:

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be leading and managing the digital affiliate program for The Credit Pros (TCP) while collaborating with the Director of Business Development and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. Develop and manage relationships with existing and new affiliates to drive traffic to TCP's website resulting in increased clients and sales who need their credit to be fixed.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Support our Director of Business development by cultivating deep business relationships with our existing traffic partners in order to become first point of contact within our organization and maximize opportunities.  
  • Assist in onboarding new partners including overseeing their setup and technical integrations with our systems 
  • Provide targeted solutions that set our partners up for success and provide ongoing support. 
  • Create an engagement rhythm & meetings/calls including business reviews and solution selling opportunities. Actively follow up on all actions. 
  • Hunt for new opportunities to identify new potential affiliate partners. Pitch, close and onboard new sales deals and record all interactions in our company CRM (Salesforce). 
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure optimal service management for clients.  
  • Provide comprehensive reporting with appropriate data that helps drive the engagement and partnership and results in opportunities and growth 
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliate partners . 
  • Reengage inactive affiliates partners by offering new opportunities and solutions for collaboration.  
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase both affiliate and site /program performance 
  • Present management with reports for relevant program metrics such as number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, etc. 

What we are looking for: 

  • Min 2 yrs. experience in the digital marketing space, Credit Repair experience or other digital account management or affiliate sales experience will be a plus.  
  • Post secondary education in sales and/or marketing
  • Hunting mindset while performing in an individual contributory role
  • Ability to identify new opportunities for partnerships from new verticals   
  • General affiliate marketing comprehension and strong verbal communication 
  • Organized and Efficient follow up skills 
  • Negotiation and campaign optimization skills 
  • Excellent online skills and experience with CRM and BI systems
