Architect Lead (Permanent WFH)

This role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex systems, ensuring they align with business objectives. The Architect Lead works closely with other architects, and stakeholders to create scalable, efficient, and secure solutions. This role will also mentor junior architects, lead architectural reviews, and stay updated on emerging technologies to continuously improve the architecture. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
• 15 - 20 years of relevant working experience
• Adept at leading teams on mixed-use and commercial projects from schematic design to construction documentation in Revit,
• Proficient in coordinating with multiple trade consultants and leading consultant coordination efforts to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
• Has experience working on US projects
• Familiarity with wood, Concrete, and steel Construction methods and details
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Time
