Your missions

What is Stora?

Stora is a software platform at the forefront of a technology-led revolution in the self storage industry. We empower self storage operators to seamlessly manage their businesses, automate processes, and drive revenue growth. In just over 3 years, we’ve helped hundreds of operators worldwide streamline admin and grow their businesses.

We’ve gained a reputation as innovators in this space, and we plan to keep it that way. Our team is small, and laser-focused on making self storage better for everyone.

Why is this role important?

As a Content Marketing Manager at Stora, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing us as the number one voice in the self storage industry. Your work will directly influence how our brand is perceived and how effectively we engage our audience. By crafting and executing a robust content strategy, you’ll help drive business growth and position Stora as a thought leader in our field.

We’re excited to meet candidates who are:
  • Passionate about content creation and distribution, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Experienced in content repurposing and capable of maximizing the impact of every piece of content.

  • Strategic thinkers who understand what makes content perform well across various platforms.

  • Highly collaborative and thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

  • Data-driven, with a strong understanding of SEO and content analytics to inform decisions.

What is it like to work at Stora?

Stora is based out of Northern Ireland with a team spanning the UK and Ireland. We are all trusted to produce high-quality work in the remote-first environment that fits us best. Office-based work is an option too every Thursday in Belfast. We also all get together for a bi-annual company meet-up.

We value honesty, humility, and responsibility. Everyone is empowered to contribute and challenge ideas. We’re all driven by a passion for our work and a desire to solve the problems of our customers.

Stora is for people who own their role, learn quickly, and find happiness in delivering consistently brilliant outcomes that push the company forward.

What are the role requirements?

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy focused on positioning Stora as the industry leader in self storage.

  • Repurpose long-form content, such as webinars, into various formats including blog posts, LinkedIn and Twitter/X threads, video clips, infographics, and more.

  • Plan and organise webinars, handling everything from topic selection and guest booking to logistics and content repurposing for broader distribution.

  • Optimise content for search engines using tools like Semrush and Surfer, and continuously analyse performance metrics to refine and improve strategies.

  • Manage relationships with freelancers and agencies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with our strategy.

  • Strategically distribute content across relevant channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms, to maximise reach and engagement.

  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing Lead and other team members to ensure that all content initiatives support broader marketing and business objectives.

Ideally, you’ll have experience with:

  • Content marketing, with a proven track record in content repurposing and webinar management.

  • SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs) and video editing software (e.g., Veed, Adobe Premiere).

  • Managing relationships with agencies and freelancers to produce high-quality content.

  • Analysing content performance and using data to optimise strategies.

We believe the ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, especially in a B2B SaaS or related industry.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first, results-oriented culture.

  • A creative mindset paired with a data-driven approach to content performance.
