YOUR MISSION

Ensure our Q-Commerce Top Partners have their catalogs optimized and correctly integrated in order to maximize conversion, basket size, customer happiness and ultimately growth. This position will require effective interaction between our Partners and Account Managers, as well as analytical and technical proficiency in managing catalog tools.

THE JOURNEY

  • Handle catalog change requests from partners, ensuring adherence to guidelines, meeting SLAs, and educating partners to prevent deviations from the expected standards
  • Design and implement an optimized catalog category structure that aligns with partners' expectations through collaborative workshops
  • Analyze and identify assortment gaps in our top partners and work with Account Managers and partners to address these gaps with clear timelines
  • Monitor and track your KPIs (e.g., Conversion Rate, Add to Cart, searches without results, etc.)
  • Regularly conduct "Walk the Store" reviews to identify errors or opportunities for improvement in the Glovo app
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Manager to ensure alignment between business objectives and partners' goals
  • Facilitate communication between Glovo’s and partners' integration teams to ensure that bugs and errors are promptly addressed and resolved
  • Handle partners' ad-hoc requests efficiently

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG Category management
  • Experience in defining solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach to issues
  • Experience and ease in quickly defining creative and scalable solutions for manual/ad-hoc tasks
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
  • Grittiness, never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away
  • “Organization” is your middle name
  • Native fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English is required
  • Proficiency in Excel is required
