About the role

As a Business Developer at Producthero, you'll work on fostering strong relationships with our customers and partner agencies. You will showcase the benefits of CSS and Shopping Ads Platform. If you have a passion for Online Marketing and eCommerce and love building and maintaining relationships, we want you on our team!


Responsibilities 

  • Maintain contact with leading retailers and online marketing agencies
  • Assist clients in maximising their use of our tools and services
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, explaining the benefits of working with Producthero
  • Manage your partner portfolio, providing training to help partners effectively use our solutions and advance to the next level
  • Support partners with onboarding, demos, and updates on new functionalities and Shopping landscape developments
  • Engage with new and existing customers through phone calls, Google Meet, office visits, trade fairs, and events
  • Strengthen relationships with both new and existing partners, collecting their feedback to improve our tools and services
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce blog posts, customer cases, and webinars for partners and advertisers
