What does a day in the life as an API Support look like? Provides advanced technical support to customers who are experiencing complex technical issues with their products or services while delivering excellent customer serviceIdentifies and troubleshoots advanced technical problems, and provides timely and effective solutions to customersCommunicates technical solutions to non-technical customers in a clear and concise mannerReports system issues to leadershipDocuments customer interactions and technical issues in a customer relationship management (CRM) systemProvides feedback on product improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback and technical issuesMentors other team members based on business needsContinuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modulesCollaborates with other departments as needed to resolve customer issuesMaintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all timesAdheres to company policies and proceduresMeets or exceeds performance targets for related KPI’s Performs other duties as assignedWilling to work on a night shiftWhat are the required qualifications for and API Support? At least 3 years experience of software/application troubleshooting issues for customersAPI and configuration experienceEmail support experienceCryptocurrency application experience is a plusCryptocurrency background and hands-on experience is a plusProficiency in using computer applications and softwareStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenWilling to work on a night shiftNinja Perks and Benefits
