As our Manager Business Relations, you'll be at the heart of our growth, driving new business opportunities, expanding into exciting new markets, and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients. You’ll be working closely with our founder, Leigh, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to bring new business prospects to life. Whether it’s diving into market research or negotiating key contracts, every day will bring a new challenge and the chance to make a real impact.

  • Communication Superpowers: You're a pro at connecting with people, with strong communication and interpersonal skills that help you build lasting relationships.
  • Sales Savvy: You have a solid understanding of sales and business development, knowing how to spot and seize new opportunities.
  • Organized Multitasker: Juggling multiple priorities is second nature to you, and you always keep things running smoothly.
  • Bilingual Edge: Fluency in English and German is essential for this role.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a must.
  • Experience: You bring at least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field. Experience in live communication and the creative industry, especially immersive experiences, is a big plus!
Your Tasks:
  • Market Exploration: Investigate new markets and uncover business opportunities that align with our innovative projects.
  • Strategic Development: Establish and execute a business development strategy that drives our company’s growth.
  • Lead Generation: Network, attend industry events, and explore every avenue to bring in new business prospects.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep our sales pipeline flowing, ensuring a steady stream of new opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead the charge in securing new business through effective negotiation of contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborative Working: Work closely with PR, creative, production, and finance teams to ensure new business opportunities are fully supported and executed.
