Location: This role is mostly remote/homeworking, but you will need to be able to commute to either our Bexhill or Leicester office approximately once a quarter.

Job Details
 

• Conducting thorough evaluations of vehicles based on condition, mileage, market trends and historical data

• Utilising valuation tools, software and databases to determine accurate market values and preparing detailed valuation reports for internal and external use

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring transparency and understanding of the valuation process

• Handling disputes or appeals related to vehicle valuations professionally and efficiently

• Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance valuation accuracy and efficiency

• Ensuring all valuations comply with industry standards, regulations and company policies

• Helping to grow our valuation capability through identifying opportunities to continuously improve skills, knowledge and processes

Skills we would love you to have
 

• Extensive experience in vehicle valuations, automotive appraisals or other related field – including knowledge of the automotive industry, vehicle models and market trends

• Experience using valuation software and tools, with strong analytical and research skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with strong communication skills
