3+ years' experience in incident response service management, cybersecurity sales or advisory consulting, Proven ability in relationship management with cybersecurity executives, program leads, and key managers.
Key responsabilities:
- Advise and manage relationships with Incident Response retainer customers
- Coordinate with Sales team to understand customer strategies and advocate for CrowdStrike services
- Support and drive continued value for customers by being a trusted/strategic advisor
