Job Description:

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team!

Phreesia is looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Product Manager to manage and drive the development lifecycle and ongoing maintenance of various products and initiatives on the Salesforce platform. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform internally, supporting our cross-functional teams that span across all core functions of business operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure the Salesforce platform is effectively utilized to drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to the company's overall success through scalable solutions and agile delivery practices. 

The Product Manager has expertise in utilizing Salesforce to support a SaaS company and experience in Salesforce integrations to other key systems supporting the business. This role is part of the Business Systems team which is an internal service group supporting the entire organization. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Manage the full product lifecycle of Salesforce-related initiatives, from ideation and requirements gathering to release planning, testing, and deployment 

  • Partner with key internal leaders across different departments to understand requirements for key system functions  

  • Work regularly with internal departments to understand business needs at a detailed level, make recommendations based on knowledge and expertise, and prioritize accordingly to keep Salesforce in line with business objectives, continually showing value over time 

  • Develop and maintain a Product Roadmap in collaboration with our key internal leaders, in order to define and drive the vision and value for each teams’ respective needs within the platform 

  • Contribute to managing scope and help shape design using extensive knowledge on available Salesforce functionality and with short and long term business objectives in mind 

  • Oversee feature development and collaborate with stakeholders as well as delivery team leads on planning, execution, and review of each delivered initiative 

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform, understanding its capabilities, features, and integrations. 

  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify user pain points, trends, and opportunities for product enhancement 

  • Problem-solve creatively and work to deliver overall solutions using agile practices, allowing for flexibility and continual improvements over time 

  • Collaborate with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. 

  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical team, communicating effectively and driving progress while reducing risk throughout all phases of the development life cycle 

  • Evaluate delivered solutions through each iteration, supporting end user adoption and facilitating feedback 

  • Work regularly with internal departments to understand business needs at a detailed level, make recommendations based on knowledge and expertise, and prioritize a product backlog to keep Salesforce in line with business objectives - continually showing value over time 

  • Manage scope and help shape design using knowledge of Salesforce functionality and with short-term and long-term business objectives in mind 

  • Prioritize backlog items based on org strategies 

  • Problem-solve creatively and work to deliver overall solutions using agile practices, allowing for flexibility and continual improvements over time 

  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, communicate effectively and drive progress while reducing risk throughout all phases of the development life cycle

What You'll Bring: 

  • Bachelor's Degree required 

  • 1+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform focused on process design, implementation, and creative problem solving 

  • Preferred experience with Agile Development Methodologies 

  • Preferred experience integrating Salesforce to other business systems supporting the business, such as Workday, Marketo, or other 3rd party applications. 

  • Preferred experience in a healthcare SaaS organization

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required 

  • Additional Salesforce certifications preferred

Technologies:

  • Preferred experience in the following functional areas of Salesforce: Sales Cloud & CPQ to support sales operations and processes, Service Cloud to drive and manage client-facing support team processes, Experience/Community Cloud to support client-facing user experience and design. 

  • Proficient understanding of Salesforce data models, workflows, approval processes, and security controls. 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration methods, APIs, and third-party integration tools. 

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
