What will you do :

Newfold is seeking Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team of talented engineers sharing a common interest in developing solutions on a leading cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform that enables management of customer data, sales operations, marketing campaigns, and more.

The primary responsibility of this position is to execute functional and non-functional testing.

• Write test cases and plans documented

• Perform unit, functional, smoke, integrations and regression testing

• Ensure that business requirements are mapped to the functional specifications and have sufficient test coverage

• Liaise with the development, Admin team and key business users in Agile development projects - attending scrum review meetings and develop targeted test plans and cases.

• Helping define and roll out improvements to testing and quality processes across

• Work towards more efficient ways of testing using the best tools/methodologies.

• Analyze requirements, develop a test strategy and test plan, build and execute manual and automated test cases, track defects and report results

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or a related field of study.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce testing, with emphasis on Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and Salesforce DX.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Proven experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are a plus.
• Strong Interest in taking ownership of products and projects.
• Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Exposure to contact center technologies or concepts is a plus
