Key responsabilities:
- Assist Community Association Managers with building-related tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and team members
- Schedule maintenance requests, obtain bids for projects, update building systems
- Respond to resident requests promptly, handle mass communications and invoice inquiries
