Job Summary

The Provider Growth Lead responsible for driving provider adoption of the Lucet Navigate & Connect platform and expanding provider network participation for health plan partners across assigned markets. This position is responsible for cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with providers and ensuring a seamless provider onboarding experience. In addition to these core functions, the Provider Growth Lead supports team process improvements, collaborates with cross-functional teams, tracks provider feedback to inform product development, and contributes to the development of marketing and education materials to foster provider engagement and network expansion.

Essential Functions

  • Perform high-volume provider outreach, facilitating initial contact and onboarding processes for providers and creating a streamlined and exceptional experience. Deliver on vision of being "Provider Partner of Choice" by achieving industry leading metric performance for onboarding.
  • Complete provider demos for the Navigate & Connect platform and provider program and ensure creation of accurate provider and practice accounts.
  • Drive network growth for partner health plans by increasing provider network participation to meet network adequacy targets.
  • Develop and nurture positive relationships between providers, Lucet, health plans and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in lead generation efforts, aligning with inbound marketing campaigns, and effectively assess prospect needs to drive provider sign-ups for the Navigate & Connect platform and the Navigate & Connect Provider Program.
  • Contribute to the development of compelling marketing and education materials that effectively drive provider awareness, engagement, and increased participation within the Navigate & Connect platform.
  • Monitor and analyze provider feedback to share with internal and external audiences to inform and improve product and engagement strategy.
  • Identify areas of continuous improvement within internal processes and systems that directly impact providers, propose effective mitigation strategies, and actively support the implementation of improvements.
  • As necessary, serve as a representative of the Provider Growth team in internal and external meetings. Travel is required up to 10% of the time.

  • Complies with all Federal and applicable State laws and Lucet policies regarding privacy, confidentiality and security of health information and other designated information.


Required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of account management or client relationship experience
  • Demonstrated experience in working with healthcare providers
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zendesk
  • Must be available during business hours, 9 am - 5 pm, and available for occasional travel


Preferred

  • 3+ years of client-facing/sales experience, preferably in behavioral healthcare

Salary and Other Compensation:

The starting salary that Lucet reasonably expects to pay for this position ranges from $60,000 - $78,000 annually, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills, education/degrees, certifications, prior experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of Lucet's incentive plan based on both company performance and individual performance.
