Our Federal Government client is seeking a Junior Project Administrator to support engineering decisions across all phases of material acquisition and management.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Monitor the Task Management key positional mailboxes
Assist the Task Coordinator with calendar management
Answer telephone and Email queries
Prepare a variety of documents / correspondence for the Task Coordinator’s approval
Distribute approved documents / correspondence
Assist in the production of Task Management Team reports
Assist other members of the overarching Chief of Staff Team
Prepare and submit requisitions for translation
Prepare and release weekly Missing Timesheets Report
Assist with the input for timesheets
Prepare and distribute client satisfaction surveys
Maintain key records tracking repositories and documents in SharePoint
Manage documents in RDIMS
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
Must have a post-secondary education in a relevant field of study
Must demonstrate a minimum of forty-eight (48) months of experience, within the last sixty (60) months, working in an office environment providing project management support
Must demonstrate competency using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Twenty-four (24) months of experience within the past sixty (60) months working with Microsoft Office Suite; or
A minimum of two (2) days of formal training in Microsoft Office Suite followed by one year of experience within the past sixty (60) months working with Microsoft Office Suite
Must demonstrate competency using SharePoint
Twenty-four (24) months of experience within the past sixty (60) months working with SharePoint; or
Completion of a minimum of two (2) days of formal training in SharePoint followed by twelve (12) months of experience within the past sixty (60) months working with SharePoint
Must demonstrate competency using records management and tracking software
Twenty-four (24) months of experience working with records management and tracking software within the past sixty (60) months; or
A minimum of two (2) days of formal training in records management and tracking software followed by one (1) year of experience within the past sixty (60) months working with records management and tracking software
Must demonstrate a minimum of 12 months of combined experience in using the tools listed below, within the last sixty (60)
Microsoft Power BI (or a similar data visualization tool);
Adobe Acrobat Professional (or a similar PDF editing tool); and
Microsoft Teams (or a similar web-based collaboration tool)
Must have a security clearance at a minimum level of Secret Level II
About the Job
Duration: Three years with a possibility of two 1-year option periods (total 5 years)
Location: Remote but must be able to travel to NCR office when requested
Core hours of work: M-F 9am-4pm (7.5 hours/day)
