About you

This position is only available for candidates located in El Salvador, Central America.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Delivery or Project Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership role.
  • Proven experience working on software development projects within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in customer service, resource planning, teamwork, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience with Support & Maintenance teams is highly desirable.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

  • Accountable for teams ongoing deliveries (ensure the team has all the resources they need to deliver high quality).
  • Building and maintaining positive and great relationships with customers and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery.
  • Managing budgets for each team.
  • Achieve the goals set by the client, aligning the team with established goals and requirements.
  • Critical support in the people's development and well-being focus in each team (team morale, career progress, workload, etc)
  • Managing conflict and identify team improvements, deliver feedback and establish action plans.
  • Receive and solve client’s concerns and inquiries, ask for feedback and develop action plans.
  • Ensure effective communication between the parts (different teams, applaudo areas, client).
  • Identify, communicate and help to get new business opportunities.
  • Manage expectations and raise the hand when expectations are out of our capacity.
