What will you be doing?

Working as a key member of the team to provide Transfer Pricing tax advice to a broad range of clients helping them to achieve their commercial objectives. This role involves working on a range of projects.

Act as project lead on a specified portfolio of clients including managing key stakeholders (client/client service team);

Effectively plan and manage the budgeted hours and workflow on allocated projects, liaising with CST or client for out of scope work;

Liaise with client service teams to identify and implement transition of new projects to TP - Compliance from existing clients;

Lead or assist with RFP process as necessary for new global transfer pricing documentation proposals including preparing quotes and scoping;

Develop and maintain relationships with clients/CST’s;

Understand and implement the latest TP- Compliance technology for preparation of transfer pricing documentation;

As part of the TP-Compliance leadership team actively contribute to leadership discussions and help to implement continuous improvement to processes within the team.

What will you need to do it?

Either a CTA, CA, ACA, ACCA or attained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, law, accounting, or equivalent qualification.

Extensive transfer pricing experience, preferably including experience of preparing transfer pricing documentation, tax value chain analyses, benchmarking, supporting with tax authority enquiries/Advance Pricing Agreements, project management and managing junior team members.

Sound judgement, including the ability to identify and evaluate risk issues and know when to involve others.

Strong analytical skills and a commercial approach to resolving issues and providing advice.

High level of drive and enthusiasm with a positive attitude

Strong commercial awareness

Keen ability and willingness to keep up to date technically and develop the technical ability of the team below you.

Ability to work autonomously and to take initiative as appropriate.

An appreciation of and/or understanding of ethical/risk issues within a client service environment

Very strong people skills for engaging with our clients and team members.

Highly organised with excellent communication and project management skills
