We need an English-fluent FullStack (Python/Go/AI), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable APIs to support AI-driven applications and services.
Optimize and enhance the performance of applications, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Develop and deploy machine learning models, including LLMs and RAG models, to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.
Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy and manage AI solutions effectively.
Design and manage databases to support AI model data needs, ensuring reliability and performance.
Implement and maintain DevOps practices to streamline development workflows, automate testing, and ensure continuous delivery.

Requirements:

5+ years of full stack development experience with a strong focus on Python and GoLang.
Proven experience with machine learning techniques, including the development and deployment of LLMs and RAG models.
Demonstrated experience in designing and developing scalable APIs.
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and managing AI solutions.
Knowledge of database management systems and their integration with AI models.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools to support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation:

This position starts with a trial period of 3 months as a part-time contractor with the possibility to extend to a full-time contractor based on performance.
The Salary range offered for this position depends on seniority and skillset and varies from
- $1,500 - $2,500 per month as a part-time.
- $3,000 - $5,000 per month as a full-time, if approved in the trial period.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
