5+ years of experience in quota carrying, deal closing roles for technical solutions, Experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training, preferably in a B2B SaaS company, Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Sandler, SPIN, Command of Message and/or Challenger, Able to create and deliver enablement programs, processes, and tools, Ability to manage projects and leverage data across enablement and sales technology platforms.
Key responsabilities:
- Identify and address gaps in the sales process to support revenue growth
- Develop and deliver effective enablement strategies for enterprise teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in messaging
- Stay updated on industry trends in sales and bring innovative approaches
- Provide coaching and training for enterprise level sellers to drive adoption of sales methodologies
