About the right team member

The CX Training Specialist will create, deliver, and monitor the effectiveness of internal training and certifications for the Customer Experience teams. This role is responsible for maintaining the health of the asset library, ensuring all materials are up to date and relevant.

About the role
  • Deliver high quality in-person and virtual training curriculum for new hire classes, skills development, new products, and ongoing releases
  • Creates internal training resources such as one-pagers, job aids, e-learning modules, and presentation decks
  • Organizes and updates training resources in an information sharing hub such as SharePoint
  • Assists with the strategy for training content as it relates to our team member and industry trends
  • Participates in planning, go-to market meetings, and road mapping activities to identify training needs
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance training experience
  • Assess and documents team member performance during the training process and provides constructive feedback to appropriate parties
  • Prioritizes deliverables effectively while balancing multiple ongoing projects
  • Identifies potential risks to training outcomes and escalates to management in a timely manner with suggested mitigations or alternative solutions
  • All other duties as assigned
Skills & experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Education or Instructional design
  • Native or fully fluent in English
  • 3-5 years’ experience with educational programs and training
  • Experience using Learning Management Software (Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Cloud)
  • Knowledge of adult learning styles, principals, and methodologies
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed with an ability to learn quickly and autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to articulate thoughts and ideas (technical and non-technical) clearly, concisely, and persuasively
  • Ability to interact with others in a professional matter
  • Understands the importance of building professional relationships
  • Must be prepared to work a flexible schedule as the work demands based on a global customer base
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments in an autonomous environment
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and acquire new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge efficiently
  • Previous experience working in a software or other high-tech environment required
