- Deliver high-quality training curriculum for new hires and ongoing development
- Create training resources like e-learning modules and presentation decks
- Assist in planning, identifying training needs, and enhancing training experience
- Assess team member performance, provide constructive feedback, and prioritize deliverables
- Identify risks to training outcomes, escalate when necessary, and handle multiple projects concurrently
