We are looking for an energetic and experienced Relationship Manager.

As a Relationship Manager at ZEN.COM, you will play a crucial role in building long-lasting and strong relationships with our business partners and key stakeholders at the customer level. Your primary focus will be to drive business opportunities forward, secure existing business and revenue streams, identify risks early on, and take proactive measures to avoid and mitigate them. You will also be responsible for continuously searching for upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and the share of use of ZEN.COM's products by our customers.

Your Responsibilities At ZEN

  • Build and nurture strong relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, stakeholders, and develop multilayered customer maps to foster trust and drive mutual growth.
  • Drive business opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Secure existing business: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Identify and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Risk management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in customer relationships, transactions, or market conditions. Take prompt actions to avoid and mitigate risks to protect both the customer and ZEN.COM.
  • Market intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize this knowledge to identify new business prospects and enhance ZEN.COM's market position.
  • Presentation and negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and keynotes to customers, showcasing ZEN.COM's products and solutions effectively. Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, Payments, Opps, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Client advocacy: Act as a voice of the customer within ZEN.COM, providing valuable feedback and insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time while adhering to your schedule and KPIs
  • Learning on the fly, multitask and efficiently use of multiple tools to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Always maintains accurate and up to date records in customer relationship management (CRM) system, including activity logs, pipelines, and revenue forecasts.

We Are Looking For People Who Have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales development, or relationship management roles within banking, payments, tech, or software/services B2B sales.
  • Exceptional soft skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Full written and spoken fluency in English.
  • Energetic and adept at diffusing negative energy, fostering positive working environments.
  • Ability to understand the big picture while navigating projects down to the smallest details.
  • Strong business acumen and market awareness, with an analytical mindset.
  • Proficient in presentation preparation and keynote skills.
  • Proven consultative sales abilities and demonstrated ability to work well in a matrix environment, collaborate across multiple departments, and influence all levels within an organization to close sales.
  • Demonstrates commercial acumen and the ability to understand business plans / financials to create value for customers.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with demonstrated problem solving capabilities and ability to find innovative solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills; comfortable in a complex selling environment with multiple decision makers at many levels both internally and externally.
  • Ability to effectively manage a pipeline and be an organized administrator working within a defined sales process.
