About the role:

Foodsmart is in search of a hungry Clinical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building the top funnel for our Registered Dietitian pipeline. If you are a sourcing and engagement aficionado who is passionate about finding new and creative ways to attract a high volume of candidates, Foodsmart provides the perfect platform for you to make a substantial impact.

You will
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle Ownership: Take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process for Foodsmart. This includes sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Lead proactive sourcing strategies: Identify and engage sources of top Registered Dietitian talent across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, employee networks, and industry-specific forums. 
  • Develop and Implement Outreach Campaigns: Engage in creative outreach efforts to drive candidate interest and increase the quality and quantity of applications. Leverage new technologies and revamp underutilized communication channels to enhance Foodsmart’s visibility.
  • Refine Marketing Messaging and Lead Campaigns: Evaluate and refine recruitment marketing, ensuring our messaging is clear and compelling. Utilize different communication channels to get our roles in front of the right audiences. 
  • Positive Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring that candidates feel valued and well-informed about Foodsmart's culture, mission, and opportunities.

  • Strategic Talent Partner: Be the go-to expert in talent acquisition, providing strategic guidance and leveraging industry knowledge for hiring managers. Approach interactions with empathy, collaborating closely to align recruitment strategies, and offering constructive pushback when needed. 
  • Expert at Locating and Engaging Talent: Bring a keen eye and understanding for how to access and engage with top talent. Utilize an innovative approach and leverage new technologies to find untapped talent markets and capture their interest. 
  • Collaborative: Exhibit a collaborative spirit as you partner with Foodsmart hiring managers to deeply understand their work and talent needs. Additionally, collaborate with colleagues to address shared challenges and innovate collective solutions.
  • Driven and Urgent: Bring a high level of self-motivation to manage day-to-day activities and pipelines with a sense of urgency.
  • Resourceful Problem Solver: Display resourcefulness by conducting research, asking questions, and creatively solving challenges.

  • You have
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience for clinical roles 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing candidate outreach campaigns
  • Expertise using sourcing and engagement channels to access and attract hard to reach candidates
  • Self-motivated with an unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills to include influencing others and relationship management 
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, displaying a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities. 
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
  • Proficient at using various recruitment tools and platforms (preferably Lever)
