We are seeking a Product Owner to be accountable for the full end to end lifecycle of portfolio of products, specifically for new strategic clients including vision, charter, planning, requirements, stories, development, testing, integration (FA or partner systems), deployment, usage, adoption, client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do 
The Senior Identity Access Manager will be responsible for the oversight and hands-on leadership of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program across the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, maintaining, and updating IAM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IAM, a deep understanding of security best practices, and the ability to lead a team in a dynamic, global environment within a public organization.


Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the IAM strategy aligned with the organization's information security goals and regulatory requirements.
    • Lead the design, implementation, and management of IAM solutions, including identity governance, access management, and privileged access management.
Policy and Compliance:
    • Establish and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedure across the organization.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, SOX, and other industry-specific standards.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of IAM professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Technology and Innovation:
    • Evaluate and implement IAM technologies and tools to enhance security and efficiency.
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in IAM.
    • Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with other security and business systems.
Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IAM program, including user provisioning, access reviews, and incident response.
    • Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of IAM processes and initiatives.
    • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IAM services and solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to understand their IAM needs and provide effective solutions.
    • Communicate IAM strategies, policies, and initiatives to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
What you’ll need to be successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Information Security.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, and privileged access management solutions preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading IAM programs in a large, global, public organization.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM technologies, such as SSO, MFA, LDAP, and IAM frameworks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IAM.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM-specific certifications are highly desirable.
This is a full-time remote position.
