Project Manager (UX Design) - Colombia remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (UX Design) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing our UX and design projects, ensuring the successful execution of high-end, aesthetically driven, and luxury eCommerce and corporate websites. The Project Manager will lead and coordinate various projects, from inception through to delivery, working closely with clients, design teams, and development partners. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, creative process management, and strong organizational skills to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire UX design process, including information architecture, wireframing, design direction, and project website development.
  
• Oversee the Functional Specification process, conduct timeline meetings, and manage UAT for ongoing projects.
  
• Manage content updates within Headless Commerce/Next.JS web platform architecture and create training materials for clients.
  
• Help troubleshoot content update issues within Shopify Advanced and Plus for clients as well as, communications with 3rd party development for troubleshooting through to resolution.
  
• Collaborate with third-party designers, development partners and statisticians to ensure seamless project execution and asset management.
  
• Manage projects for clients, including development partner management, client communications, and project handoffs.
  
• Support email marketing services on platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo, organize content feedback, and oversee the management of creative assets for paid performance campaigns.
  
• Participate in strategy phases, including discovery, competitive analysis, and UX
  
• platform insights.
  
• Provide UX recommendations and assist in creating Style Guides and clientfacing
  
• presentations.
  
• Support internal systems management, including troubleshooting and administrative tasks across various software tools such as Figma, Adobe, Github, and more.
  
• Work with 3rd party development and in-house IT departments to support domain setup, while managing pre-launch content edits and bug reporting systems for website deployments.
  
• Interface with development teams for site launches and system integrations.
  
• Project and approve hours and invoices for third-party designers and developers.
  
• Manage RFP processes, project estimates, and reconciliation with development partners.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within UX design,
  
• graphic design, or a related field.
  
• Proven track record of managing complex UX projects, particularly in luxury eCommerce and corporate web environments is highly preferred.
  
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Keynote, G-Suite, and other design and project management tools.
  
• Strong understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and design specifications.
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and third-party vendor interactions.
  
• Willingness to adapt to changing project needs, especially during peak periods.
