The primary role of Nutrition Specialist function is to provide exceptional customer service, sales and key deliverables of nutritional menu services. Key deliverables include addressing customer needs related to MealTracker, MealTracker Menu Services, data entry and resolving general complaints. Providing first line operational and clinical nutrition assistance and escalating the issue to relevant teams for timely resolution.

The primary objective of Nutrition Services specialization professional services as a Job Family is to plan and provide level professional consultation on menu and nutrition related activities for company products and services for a designated client or group of clients.
Key responsibilities include: ensures quality service and operational performance within parameters of program and delivery standards, develops client relationship and understanding of client business and products installations to identify service needs, plan service delivery and drive use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs.
Act as a single point of client contact to coordinate resolution of consulting services and escalation of technical issues, collaborates with nutritional team, sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to client and identify opportunities for expanded support business.
Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts. Typically requires a nutrition university degree, chef, CDM (certified dietary manager) RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) or equivalent work experience.
Complete assigned data projects on behalf of the customers with nutrition expertise which may include menu and recipe design, therapeutic and texture-modified diet extensions and updating food item attributes related to nutrient and recipe details following defined standards.
Develop regional, seasonal and cultural menus that are distributed across current dietary standards of practice.
Consult with individual customers as assigned for menu development to customize and provide menu details to meet their needs.
Provide quality reviews of recipes for accurate nutrient details.
Become an expert and follow data management practices, standards, and procedures to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Maintain confidentiality regarding data contents.
Provide project updates to the designated project lead.

Required: Chef, CDM (Certified Dietary Manager), RDN, Registered Dietitian
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related. Minimum of 5 years of related experience. Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: 56,000.00 - 84,000.00 USD Annual
