Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Program Coordinator!

CLEAResult is seeking a Program Coordinator to support a Pacific Northwest based commercial new construction energy efficiency program. If you are detail focused and mission oriented, have excellent Excel and Word skills, and desire to be part of a productive and innovative team, this might be a great position for you. The program is currently looking for a coordinator to take the lead on client invoicing, manage coordination for monthly client reporting, and chip in where needed with general coordination and data management support to maintain excellence in client delivery and team performance.

The Program Coordinator supports the team with smooth management of program deliverables, both internally and externally, while adhering to program guidelines. This role tends to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although may have direct client or customer communication and contact.

Here at CLEAResult, you will fit right in with our energetic team if you are resourceful, resilient, and kind.

We are a team of individuals who enjoy working collaboratively, bringing a spirit of togetherness, support, and positivity to the work we do. We maintain a high bar for all client interactions and deliverables and work together to deliver the best results possible. We encourage employees to bring their “whole self” to work and seek opportunities to relate personally, provide trusted and constructive feedback, and encourage each other to grow in ways that support personal goals and aspirations.

For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

  • Review expense reports and coordinate all aspects of invoicing (labor, expenses, subcontractor costs) to create an error-free invoice, due to the client on deadline each month.
  • Complete timely monthly client reporting through coordination with various team members and special attention to quality of content, voice, and specific client requests for information.
  • Maintain and organize program materials such as process documentation, org charts, program implementation manual, and forms.
  • Provide coordination support as needed on various projects as efforts are focused in a particular direction or on a particular deliverable.
  • Ongoingly contribute to efforts that increase accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness at every step as the program continually strives to work smarter not harder.
  • Attend staff meetings and other program support.
  • Complete special projects autonomously.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 2-4 years of relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • High confidence with Microsoft suite, including Excel and Word
  • Experience with Workday and Power BI preferred
  • Familiarity with task management solutions like Smartsheet
  • Attention to detail and dedicated interest in accuracy and sound methodologies
  • Well-developed written communication and reporting skills
  • Record of meeting deadlines and proactively managing workload
  • A collaborative attitude that thrives on working with multiple groups
