Your missions

Aimpoint Digital is a premier analytics consulting firm with a mission to drive business value for clients through expertise in analytics, decision science, data engineering and infrastructure. 

What you will do:   

As a valued member of our team, you will support our People Function, manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support in the onboarding of talent into the organization. You will work closely with the Head of People and Recruitment Lead to ensure that we can continue to source the best talent in the market, ensure that all candidates are closely supported through the recruitment process, and that new employees are seamlessly integrated into Aimpoint Digital.

You will:  

  • Manage interview scheduling based on candidate availability and our teams’ dynamic calendars
  • Work with teams across the US, UK, and Colombia to interview candidates
  • Manage and maintain our recruitment database to ensure candidates continue to flow through the process
  • Be responsible for enabling access for new employees and ensure they are correctly onboarded into the firm
  • Coordinate onboarding scheduling and training across the globe

Who we are looking for:  

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and onboarding as these are critical areas for the continued success of Aimpoint Digital. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, problem solver, and team player. Our ideal candidate has the following:

  • +3 years of experience in recruitment and / or HR 
  • +3 years experience with scheduling and managing calendars with different time zones
  • Experience working with US companies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, verbal, and listening)
    • Must be proficient in English
  • Experience managing recruitment CRM platforms such as Workable, Breezy, Gem, etc.
  • Experience working in a technology company is a plus


This position is based out of Colombia, but fully remote. Medellin-based applicants will have the opportunity to work in our office and meet with our local team.
