Shift - 7 PM - 7 AM

• Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatments
• Documents of patient care given
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family
• Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needsEvaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and 
• provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient

Our hospital is a 175-bed acute care facility. This Joint Commission-accredited hospital offers an extensive list of services including ICU, a newly expanded 24-hour Emergency Department, Radiology, a 64-slice CT Scanner, and a state-of-the-art Eclipse 1.5 MRI station.

Must Haves:

• Graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse / RN
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse / RN
• BLS certification is required. ACLS preferred
