Dave Rotheroe, CEO & Founder of Grip Advertising, is a former punk rock violinist turned eCommerce entrepreneur and media buyer. Grip Advertising is a leading marketing agency specializing in direct response advertising, running highly profitable campaigns for top clients. Known for their rapid ad creative split-testing and world-class media buying team, they manage up to a million dollars per week in advertising spend.

We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant who aligns with our core values: Pursue Excellence, Add 20% Extra, Create Unexpected Value, Be Agile, Never In The Dark, and Move The Needle. The ideal candidate will support the CEO and play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and optimizing productivity.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Organize, prioritize, and schedule daily tasks, breaking down tasks into subtasks for team distribution
  • Create a system to maintain and manage the CEOs emails
  • Organize calendar events, meetings, sales calls, and business development activities
  • Manage travel processes including booking and organizing international travel, using credit card points, and ensuring visas and entry requirements are valid
  • Plan and send gifts to clients and team members
  • Act as the liaison with the team to gather information and outcomes
  • Draft and identify new process designs and improvements for the operations team
  • Create SOPs, clarify processes, and create efficiencies to free up the CEOs time to concentrate on strategic priorities

Position Details:

  • This is a remote 1099 contractor position
  • The position will be 30-40 hours per week
  • Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET with some flexibility
  • The pay rate is $24/hr. USD.
  • You must be able to pass a background check
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
