Core Tasks:
As the IT Manager, you will take a hands-on leadership role, starting with one direct report. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the creation, management, and maintenance of Google Workspace and Jira accounts for a user base of over 900.
Managing and maintaining Slack Channels and Workspace to ensure smooth communication across the organization.
Streamlining the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for employees.
Implementing and managing a Mobile Device Management (MDM) strategy to secure and monitor company devices.
Develop and implement IT policies, manage budgets, and liaise with vendors to ensure cost-effective and up-to-date technology solutions.
Support end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT systems across the organization
Providing day-to-day IT support in collaboration with our HR and CTO, addressing employee requests and contributing to the development and execution of a long-term IT strategy tailored to the company’s needs.
Monitoring and addressing potential security issues, implementing preventive measures, and collaborating closely with our Head of Security.
Leading IT support efforts, ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently for all employees.
Offering guidance and support through various communication tools like Slack.
