Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc is a leading consulting firm based in Metro Manila, Philippines. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and support to our clients in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for Salesforce implementation and optimization
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations, to meet client needs
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on Salesforce best practices and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development, to support business development efforts
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce products and services, and provide thought leadership to the team and clients
- Document project requirements, processes, and outcomes to ensure effective knowledge sharing and project success
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce implementation and support services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) is preferred
- Proven experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and optimization
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other development tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
