Graphic Designer (ZR-341)

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of vector design principles, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to transform raster images into vector files without relying on "Image Tracing." Additionally, a solid knowledge of font matching and typography is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
  
• Convert raster images into vector files manually, ensuring precision and accuracy without using automated "Image Tracing" tools.
  
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
  
• Conduct font matching and typography adjustments to ensure consistency and harmony across all designs.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including digital media, print, and web.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and best practices.
  
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Extensive knowledge of vector design and manual vectorization techniques.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in font matching and typography.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality design work.

Additional Skills

• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
  
• Experience in branding and logo design is advantageous.
  
• Strong understanding of colour theory and composition.

• Job Timings: 6 pm-3 am
• Job Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi (Can be remote)
