Loan Documentation Specialist

About this Position
Are you a detail-oriented professional with expertise in loan processing? As a Loan Documentation Specialist, you’ll handle the preparation and review of documents for various loan types, including mortgages and securities. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for career advancement.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review documentation for commercial loans.
• Create and manage new loan checklists and insurance tracking reports.
• Track vehicle titles and maintain account records on various systems.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, custody agents, and third parties to resolve issues.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy in loan documentation.

Job Skills/Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in credit card, mortgage, and security loan processing.
• Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and lending compliance regulations (e.g., Reg. Z, RESPA, Truth in Lending).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio).
• Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay Range $19-$22/hour
