We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Manager in LATAM to join us in the managing of the mobility program.

Meaningful work you’ll contribute:
• Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters in LATAM countries, to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including, but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding, visa, payroll, income tax, system administration.
• Ensure the client satisfaction and be their point of contact for escalation of issues related to international mobility.
• Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting
• Ensure accuracy and frequent updates of the professionals' personal information, in compliance with our privacy policies.
• Any other supporting tasks required.


Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• About 2-years work experience in HR or B2B Services delivery.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and regulations in the LATAM countries or willing to learn.
• Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries.
• Strong commercial awareness and super hands-on attitude. Problem-solving oriented.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Native Spanish speaker. Any other language proficiency is a plus, like Portuguese.
• Agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and drive short turnaround times.
