Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on, technical Identity and Access Management (IAM) analyst to join our growing team!  The IAM Analyst will design, develop, implement, and support the components of complex identity-based systems. Successful candidates will have strong proficiency in the areas of identity and access management, directory services, workflow, security, provisioning, and compliance.    

 

Key Responsibilities Detail:  

  • Ensure IT compliance with documented procedures around user management.  

  • Improve systems to make administrative tasks and audit reporting more efficient.  

  • Build processes around scheduled access reviews and attestations of system access.  

  • Automation of repetitive tasks (Examples: New hire setup, role change, termination).  

  • Developing standard operating procedures.  

  • Collaborate with compliance team to ensure IT systems comply with applicable regulations.  

 

  • Applying OAuth2, SAML or other auth protocols. 

  • Integrating Sailpoint with applications for Provisioning, RBAC, Lifecycle, Campaigns, automations, and new integrations 

  • Building and maintaining IAM policies for cloud platform(AWS, Azure, GCP) 

  • Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues via Jira tickets. 

  • Build and maintain access and authorization policies and documentation. 

  • Handle user access requests and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained 

  • Monitor access control systems and respond to alerts and anomalies 

  • Participate in access reviews and audits 

  • Provide support for IAM tools and technologies 

  • Bachelor's Degree required; in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.  Stay up to date on current IAM threats and industry solutions 

What you will bring:

  • 2-4 years experience and understanding of technical integrations around IAM systems and policies. 

    Experience with IAM software (such as Sailpoint, Saviynt, One Identity) an asset.  

    Experience with Active Directory.  

    Strong proficiency with Excel.  

    Strong understand of authorization frameworks (SSO, SAML, OAUTH, LDAP). 

    Experience with API testing tools such as Postman an asset 

    Experience with Cloud Technology Services such as AWS IAM 

     

    Strong attention to detail.  

    Ability to multi-task, work independently and collaboratively, adapt easily to shifting priorities, process changes.    

    Ability to quickly learn new systems.  

    Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to explain issues clearly and concisely and establish effective working relationships in a distributed team.  

    Strong analytical problem-solving skills
