About the role:

The Vice President of Sales leads with five things in mind: recruiting, advising, optimizing, strategizing, and closing business. You will provide leadership to the sales team and develop overall sales strategy, operational plans and processes that drive revenue growth. You’ll refine existing, and establish new processes, tools, and structures to support organizational sales channels. You are accountable for goal-setting processes, identify opportunities, and enhance performance by bringing expert level CRM and business intelligence to manage sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities 
  • Managing company’s sales pipeline and building solid relationships with new clients
  • Accountable for developing a team of internal sales team 
  • Develop and drive initiatives for sales & marketing teams: software, scalable events, campaigns
  • In partnership with organizational leadership, build and drive the insights & analytics agenda for current and future clients, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and support the importance of digital and e-commerce strategy
  • Identify business drivers and actions required to grow market share
  • Optimize team structure, along with roles & responsibilities, to best support brand and customer teams
  • Recruit, develop and lead a Sales and Business Development team

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is a base ($120k/yr) plus performance pay and equity with on-track earnings of $180K/yr+

This role is full-time and is a contracted role, candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors. 

Location:

All of our team is working completely remotely. You can work remotely from wherever you want. We’ll make sure your working experience is as comfortable as possible!
