High School diploma or three to five years of accounting/business experience preferred, Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish, Knowledge of health care eligibility and billing procedures, HIPAA, ERISA, Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office suite, Experience providing customer service via email and telephone.
Key responsabilities:
- Maintain CCPU accounts and process enrollment transactions
- Research and correct benefit application issues
- Provide timely customer service to clients
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest solutions
- Collaborate with internal departments and external contacts
