Job Description

An important Global HR pillar for the coming years is to transform the HR operating model; and ensure a state-of-the-art experience for the HR processes and service delivery, both in real life and digitally. Therefore, the next step for Global HR will be to build a scalable global HR Transformation & Services team to ensure continuity, efficiency, and scalability. 

This position will be vital in the HR Transformation and Service team – support and develop in the areas of operational excellence and continuous improvement from processes and operating model design perspective. This role is part of the Global HR Process & Operational Excellence team and targets to consult and support the HR community.

Job Duties
  • Being integrated part of the global HR Operations team, providing process consulting and digitalization services.
  • Support the Global/Regional HR Process Governance and standardization, focus on specific process areas like C&B, workforce planning, employee administration etc. (if applicable)
  • Contribute to harmonization and standardization efforts, such as Payroll, Time & Attendance etc.
  • Co-optimize existing HR processes across major countries/markets/regions aligning with relevant stakeholders and support process owners.
  • Apply methods and tools to improve quality, efficiency and satisfaction of HR processes as well as services and foster process change within the organization and driving process change management in the respective area.
  • Analyse the HR user experience, adoption and enablement including the employee and manager self-services.
  • Help the team to enhance Process and Operational Excellence maturity and develop Olympus-specifics methods.
Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and/or CI certification strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management and process improvement methodologies.
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in Human Resources.
  • Other Considerations (travel/hours availability, etc.): Travel required, if needed.

 

Preferred:

  • Good understanding of HR processes and expertise in one or two HR processes.
  • Experience working cross borders/various regions globally.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Constructive assertiveness.
  • Cultural awareness.
  • Solution-oriented communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position working at this location is $62,499.00 - $84,374.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this position including: level of experience, working location, and relevant education and certifications.
