We are looking for a Billing System Analyst Lead who will:
 
  • Setting up customer billing schedules and procedures.
  • Processing and analyzing data to produce invoices and billing reports for Managed Service Customers.
  • Scheduling monthly activities with both internal and external teams.
  • Supporting Managed Service customers directly by phone and email for billing or application inquiries.
  • Acting as the first level of escalation for all production incidents, requiring problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Overseeing production activities of other Billing System Analysts when assigned.
  • Exercising discretion and independent judgment under general supervision.
  • Supervising a team of 2 or more, developing and leading the team to meet objectives and customer KPIs/SLAs.
  • Leading the team in daily activities efficiently.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
  • 7-10 years of work experience in telephony wholesale or retail billing.
  • Experience with Linux.
  • Computer savvy with proficient knowledge of Word and Excel programs.
  • SQL skills are advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of customer requirements.
  • Works well in pressure situations.
  • ITIL accreditation will be an advantage.
  • Customer-facing skills and the ability to travel to customer or CSG sites as needed.
  • Education: AA degree or equivalent in an Information Technology-related field is preferred.
