We are looking for a Billing System Analyst Lead who will:

Setting up customer billing schedules and procedures.
Processing and analyzing data to produce invoices and billing reports for Managed Service Customers.
Scheduling monthly activities with both internal and external teams.
Supporting Managed Service customers directly by phone and email for billing or application inquiries.
Acting as the first level of escalation for all production incidents, requiring problem-solving and time management skills.
Overseeing production activities of other Billing System Analysts when assigned.
Exercising discretion and independent judgment under general supervision.
Supervising a team of 2 or more, developing and leading the team to meet objectives and customer KPIs/SLAs.
Leading the team in daily activities efficiently.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

7-10 years of work experience in telephony wholesale or retail billing.
Experience with Linux.
Computer savvy with proficient knowledge of Word and Excel programs.
SQL skills are advantageous.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent working knowledge of customer requirements.
Works well in pressure situations.
ITIL accreditation will be an advantage.
Customer-facing skills and the ability to travel to customer or CSG sites as needed.
Education: AA degree or equivalent in an Information Technology-related field is preferred.
