As our Digital Privacy Professional you will utilize your expertise and understanding of privacy legislation and how it affects Business and Digital marketing. Ideally, you will have an understanding of the business marketing ecosystem and commuication channels and have a working knowledge of US and/ or European/APAC/UK privacy regulations.  

Your knowledge will be utilized to ensure compliance with applicable regulations while helping create guidance and policy to optimize digital and global marketing strategies for our Enterprise clients.

This position’s working hours will align with US Eastern Time.  Candidates based in the UK will work on adjusted UK hours, with the bulk of the work day to be aligned with UK standard hours, to be agreed.

What You’ll Do:  

  • Research existing and current legislation to provide guidance to ensure Company’s compliance and privacy best practice.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to privacy compliance for our marketing use-cases.
  • Stay up to date with changes in privacy laws and regulations, advise stakeholders on potential impacts. Partnering with Compliance and other collaborators in supervising privacy legal/regulatory change management.
  • Perform privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) for new marketing projects or initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or consultants as needed to support privacy compliance efforts.
  • Research and update Privacy Policy and other corporate Privacy and Compliance Documentation,
  • Answer client questions with regards to their privacy concerns and represent Anteriad’s position

What You’ll Bring:  

  • Experience of working within a Privacy Team, with Bachelor's degree in law, business, marketing, or a related field preferable. Advanced degree or certification in privacy or data protection is a plus.
  • Good understanding of European marketing regulations, particularly GDPR, and experience implementing compliance measures.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to assess complex privacy issues and recommend practical solutions. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing technologies and platforms such as ad servers, and the digital marketing ecosystem is a plus.

 Required  

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in privacy compliance, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising/sales/media environment.
  • Be customer obsessed, proactive by nature, relish problem-solving, want the ability to think creatively and love the satisfaction of successful execution.
  • Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Detail orientated and have excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to send feedback to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent command of written and oral English (bilingual a plus)
  • Must be located within the USA or UK with proximity to London preferred for attendance at on-site meetings, as required. 

Nice to Have
