About the Role & Team
The Interactive Product Management team leads the strategy for Penn Interactive's incredible digital product portfolio – from theScore Media, theScore Bet, ESPN BET, and iCasino. This team impacts the way millions of people engage with our products in more personalized and immersive ways, leveraging bleeding-edge technologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for the general strategy and differentiation of ecosystem between betting and media products.

Penn Interactive's products (theScore Media, theScore Bet, ESPN BET, and iCasino) sit at the intersection of content, business and technology and requires careful coordination across technologists, design teams, engineers, other business leaders, executives and strategic partners. At the end of the day, your work will transform how Penn Interactives products are discovered and enjoyed across North America.

The right candidate is a seasoned product veteran and technically confident across a breadth of product disciplines relevant to our industry. You are also a business strategist, a skilled team leader and exceptional communicator, comfortable presenting to leadership.

About the Work

  • Lead a cross-functional team to bring new products to market.
  • Lead and mentor a team of high performing product leaders at Penn Interactive.
  • You will be responsible for ESPN integrations, competitive analysis and reporting.
  • Prioritize engineering investment to balance platform investment and new functionality.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with partners and customers to provide technical and expert guidance on the best ways to integrate with ESPN, theScore BET, theScore Media, and our suite of products.
  • Work with the engineering team to get new features into our customers’ hands – you don’t get any points until customers are using it.
  • Work with the development community, our partners and partner marketing to insure we maximize the value of our platform roadmap.
  • Work with customer success, product marketing, and other departments to drive great customer outcomes.
  • Advocate for our customers’ developers and partners to ensure we are solving the right problems in the right way.
  • Own end to end product lifecycle from strategic planning through development to driving go-to-market activities.
  • Other duties as required.

About You

  • Experience working in streaming, digital media, sports betting, iCasino and/or other related industries.
  • 8+ years of proven experience leading product management teams in a leadership capacity.
  • Prior success building and executing product roadmaps for technology capabilities at an international business.
  • Experience building, operating, and managing B2C SaaS products with millions of users.
  • Exceptional understanding of API’s, and how to balance progress with stability.
  • Experience in new product development in Agile/Scrum delivery approach.
  • Experience creating platform ecosystems.
  • Ability to grasp strategy and business value concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and back up assumptions and recommendations.
  • You're a strong leader with a competitive edge who can inspire, influence, build talent collaborate, and provide direction in a complex space that breeds results.
  • You have a strong ability to work with engineering teams to go deep into technical concepts, make tradeoffs to remove roadblocks, evaluate alternative approaches and make critical prioritization decisions.
  • Innate emotional intelligence with a proven ability to navigate complex topics with many stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and comprehension skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
