Minimum of 8 years of Information Technology industry experience
Minimum of 4 years in a management role
Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodologyÂ
Having worked or interned in fast growing start-up environments is a huge plus
Personally driven by making a greener, cleaner energy sector
Expertise in designing a highly optimised service desk system
Expertise in designing realistic SLAâs
Experience with transformation/change management
Understanding and management experience with Tech tooling stacksÂ
English fluency. Other languages are a plus!
