This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and managing lead nurture campaigns that effectively advance prospects through the sales funnel. While this position requires a solid understanding of digital marketing, it is not a digital marketing role. Instead, your focus will be on supporting the marketing manager, coordinating campaigns, and creating collateral. You will serve as a vital support resource, ensuring smooth execution and completion of various marketing initiatives.

Job Description:  
  • Lead Nurture Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage lead nurture campaigns to engage and move leads through the sales funnel. Track effectiveness and refine strategies to enhance lead conversion rates.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns. Provide support in the creation of campaign materials and collateral.
  • Digital Channel Oversight: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our digital marketing channels. While not directly responsible for digital marketing, monitor performance and contribute insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Coordination and Execution: Act as a key support figure to the marketing manager, assisting with various tasks and projects. Ensure timely execution and delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on the performance of lead nurture campaigns and other marketing activities. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales and creative, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing strategies.


Requirements
Critical skills -
  • General marketing coordination
    • this is managing general marketing materials such as brochures and other collateral. 
    • 4 plus years of experience
    • Follow instructions around compliance requirements - Ability for some design (they do not have to be a graphic designer but can use Canva etc)
    • Event management (the process of managing events, booking venues, coordinating the team)
    • Managing calendar of activity and forward planning tasks. This may be collateral, events, sales campaigns, staff presentations etc. So the ability to pull this type of material together base on branding guidelines.
    • Support the Marketing manager to manage the forward planning of campaigns and work
    • Ability to pull copy together
    • not a copy writer but the skill to take existing copy and repurpose it to different campaigns.
    • Very high level of written and spoken English
